This Privacy Policy applies to the "1000 Mile Race" application. This is a private, non-commercial web dashboard built strictly to track a 90-day running competition among a specific group of friends. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.
When you connect your Strava account to this application, we only request permission to read your public activity data. Specifically, we access:
We do not collect, read, or store GPS coordinate data, heart rate data, photos, or private activities.
Your data is used exclusively to calculate cumulative mileage and pace to generate a daily leaderboard chart for the 90-day competition. It is not used for any other purpose.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties, advertisers, or external services. The data is only visible to the other participants in the private competition.
You can revoke this application's access to your Strava data at any time by logging into your Strava account, navigating to Settings > My Apps, and clicking "Revoke Access" next to our application. Once revoked, our application will immediately lose all ability to read your future activities.
